		<description>Thanks for the link and the kind words. I have enormous respect for Olivier and his work, but this is indeed an area where we disagree. Maybe because I&#039;ve been in digital marketing since its inception in 1994, I&#039;ve always believed that nobody has all the answers. 

Certainly, there are people out there looking to make a fast buck on the social media bubble, and that does a disservice to the whole industry over the short-term. But ultimately, cream rises.

As with any new technology, we&#039;re all students of social media, and we&#039;re all teachers. To believe otherwise is - in my opinion at least - to have an opinion of yourself and your abilities that is outsized and cannot be defended.</description>
